3.1 Our programs are designed for children, however all registrations, payments, and communications must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 By enrolling a child, you confirm that:
- You are the child’s parent or legal guardian
- You consent to the child’s participation in online educational programs
- You accept responsibility for the child’s use of the platform
4. Programs and Enrollment
4.1 We offer educational programs including (but not limited to):
- Arabic Program
- Seerah Program
- Quranic Program
- Leadership Program
- Full Gen-Mumins Bundle (all programs combined)
4.2 Enrollment may be:
- Per individual program
- Based on class frequency (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 classes per week)
- Via a full bundled plan (up to 6 classes per week)
4.3 Program structure, schedules, instructors, and content may be adjusted when necessary to improve service quality.
5. Acceptable Use of the Platform
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Use the website and services lawfully and respectfully
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Respect instructors, staff, and other learners
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to the platform
- Disrupt classes or online sessions
- Upload or distribute harmful software
- Share course access or content with unauthorised users
- Post offensive, misleading, or unlawful content
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Payments and Refunds
8.1 Fees must be paid in full before access to programs or classes.
8.2 Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.
8.3 Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the course start date.
To request a refund, email info@globalawakening.co.uk with enrollment details.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
9. User-Generated Content
9.1 Any content submitted (messages, assignments, feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for educational and platform-related purposes.
9.2 You must not submit content that is:
- Offensive or abusive
- Copyright-infringing
- Misleading or false
- Promotional or spam-based
We reserve the right to remove such content.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Our programs are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific academic or personal outcomes.
10.2 We are not responsible for:
- Internet connectivity issues
- Third-party platform failures
